Web Design – A Process of Conceptions
Web design is a process of conceptualising, planning and building a collection of electronic files that determine the layout, colours, text styles, structure, graphics, images, and use of interactive features that deliver pages to your site visitors.
Briefly, website design means planning, creation and updating of websites. Website design also involves information architecture, website structure, user interface, navigation ergonomics, website layout, colours, contrasts, fonts and imagery (photography) as well as icons design all being included into a website to announce or declare a businesses status in the online world.
Of course there are many and varied designs and web designers working full time to produce businesses what they want in an online presence. Web design is translating a clients ideas and brief into a working, fully targeted marketing design for their customers to visit and return to over and over again.
Web design encompasses many different skills and disciplines in the production and maintenance of websites. The different areas of website design include web graphic design; interface design; authoring, including standardised code and proprietary software; user experience design; and search engine optimization.
